【屬靈人外表與常人沒有不同】倪柝聲弟兄從前說過一句話。他說：『弟兄，你知道嗎？如果我們把自己打扮得土氣一點，我們的感動力就更大一點。如果我們打扮得古裏古怪的，再講屬靈的道，人就更喜歡跟隨我們。』因為人有一種古怪的思想，以為一個屬靈人就不是一個人了。這種觀念不合真理。當主耶穌道成肉身來作人的時候，祂沒有作一個天使，祂吃飯、睡覺、穿衣，都像一個人的樣子，祂實在是人。所以弟兄們，要學習不裝假，不模仿，不要去作出一個樣子，叫人覺得你屬靈。真實的屬靈是從裏面的新人活出來的，從外面看來還是一個人。
In the opening scenes of the musical Camelot, we see King Arthur standing
in a field dressed in the clothes of a common peasant. To look at him you would
have no idea he was king. In fact, when Guinevere first met Arthur, she didn’t
have a clue that he was king over all Camelot. Arthur was, in fact, king, but
his outward appearance gave no evidence of this fact.
